Formed in 2016, Greg Blanch heads a team of talented designers and documenters to deliver excellence in design and documentation to the Mornington Peninsula. The team is a passionately creative group with many years’ experience within architecture/building design and interior design industries. Whilst we respect the design phase of a project with the importance it deserves, we place equal significance on the documentation phase to deliver an exceptional outcome.

Commitment to Quality

MOD3 have clearly established protocols for documentation using various CAD systems, as well as a checklist process for the various elements of drawing sets, construction methodologies and materials. Every project undergoes independent internal auditing and checking from senior MOD3 representatives.
